Data Science/ML

Business users are on the lookout to solve problems that bring a positive change to their business. What they often miss is the fact that they have tons of answers, in their data. Data that they collect internally and externally. As a data scientist at Manthan you would analyze unique problems, draw inferences, test theories, and see your theories come to life in solutions that guide our customersin making effective decisions.

Solutions Engineering

Unless a user is able to derive insights out of heaps of data that an organization collects, there is no use of collecting it. Today’s businesses collect data at a higher velocity, broader variety and at higher volumes. Making sense of all this data and to derive insights requires some amount of expertise. And this is where a Manthan’s solution engineer comes in. As solution engineer you would be working on the latest technologies like MPP, data lake, big data and applying AI in data processing.

Professional Services

Engage with clients across the globe to understand their business, identify opportunities and use data to deliver business impact. Associates will work with cutting edge technologies to solve challenging business problems using big data on cloud infrastructure. The associates will be trained on Manthan and external tools to stay ahead of the industry. They will be exposed to challenging problems and approaches to solving them. A solid foundation of data warehousing and analytics will be established by working on real data of varying scale, variety and complexity. There are infinite opportunities for the candidates who accept the challenge, learn and perform at the highest levels.

Quality Assurance

Being part of our QA team, you’ll have a great opportunity in testing and assuring the quality of the products developed in the most happenning SMAC (ie Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) and Artificial Intelligence domain for our customers. You will have to show adoption to the “scrum framework” guidelines in the agile development which we adhere in the company resulting in iterative development, testing, integration and high quality deliverable to the customer at a faster pace. A person in this role is someone who consistently questions all parts of the process to ensure the team is producing the desired quality output. Our products are “advanced analytics” driven with Algorithms and designed to perform in “big data” platform on Cloud. Being part of the QA team, you will have the responsibility to strategize various kinds of testing (functional, performance, automation, integration, data validation etc) to ensure quality of these products when tested at a larger scale data on these platforms in cloud. To achieve the quality assurance objectives for the products, the team employs various kind of industry standard tools like JIRA – for the agile development & defect tracking, selenium – for the automation development, Load runner & jmeter – for the performance testing, Test Link – as a test management repository etc and you’ll have the opportunity to learn & use all these tools during testing.
